So earlier I posted about my Black Drake mount issue. I spoke to a gm in game and gave them the information I had and went to sleep since it was late. I saw a reply to my last post that it had been handled in game but I still have no mount.

Hey so I recently got a character faction change to my character Sneakteezy. I had Reins of the Black Drake on that character from Obsidian Sanctum. I noticed when I did the faction change that that mount wasn't in my mount collection and when I redid Obsidian Sanctum and went to loot the Reins...
