Death Knight Runeforging

I cant use runeforge.My dk does not have ability to use runeforge.as you know every dk needs runeforging skills in order to use runeforge. I searched all my spellbook but couldn find anything.Some or the players in fun server has runeforging skill but i dont know where i can get that ability.Normally we get that ability while leveling.Is there any solution for this?

Hello. This is a common problem for all new players in this class. Developers are aware of this problem. Expect fixes.
