Scouting map missing

I payed for an instant 110 character. Everything cool, but the Scouting map is missing. Tried to complete the legion starter quests, but there is one named "To Be Prepared" i can not. I cant start Stormheim and Highmountain quests, etc. A lot of things are missing in order hall

Greetings! It's because you have to complete "the legion returns" first. The follow up quest is called "to be prepared" after this you'll officially unlock dalafan, complete the short mage intro to get access to your class hall & as such everything will be there then.
