So my first donation under code "*********" I ordered the 100 Euro for 6000 tokens and I only got 4000+5% I think so I got 4400 tokens only when I payed for 6000

Are you sure that you've got only 4000 tokens?

I see in your history 2 donations for 6000 tokens each + 300 tokens bonus for first donation +900 tokens bonus for second one. That means that total amount of tokens you had is 13200 for the last couple of weeks.
