Uniting the Isles

Something big has apparently changed on the Legion X100 server. When I first to go Dalaran, Broken Isles, it used to be that I could go and get the quest, Uniting the Isles, and it would automatically be completed.

Now it is not.

Was this on purpose? Is there a work around?

One problem is Suramar. There are no quests in Suramar to complete to get rep there. How do I get the reputation with the Nightfallen to open up the World Quests?

I apologize, I actually never knew how to start the Suramar quest line. But IO discovered how to do it. I am still wondering why you changed the Uniting the Isles auto complete though.

There are 2 quests. https://www.wowhead.com/quest=43341 and https://www.wowhead.com/quest=45727
On one character, you complete this quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=43341 . After that, another quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=45727 will be available to all characters on the account instead of it.
Are you playing on a new account that you haven't completed this quest with yet? Sorry for bad english.
